Pet Odour Removal

Other times, accidents may happen and you may be left with a urine stain entirely! This is very unhealthy as bacteria breed on the surface causing putrid odours. Our specialty cleaning goes beyond the stain removal. We address the spot and penetrate the area to ensure that all odors and bacteria are fully extracted. Depending on the size and type of stain (urine, vomit, feces, etc) and the size of the stain, different specialty tools may be used!

What to expect – We will inspect the area with our UV light to determine how large the actual stain is. Sometimes it cannot be seen with the naked eye! Once we have determined the entirety of the issue you will be provided with a time estimate and quote.

Water Claw Process

1. Saturate the area with hot water which will infiltrate into the underlay and subfloor.
2. Extract and flush the water out of the carpet, underlay, and subfloor with our specialized extraction tool.
3. Neutralize the odour with our specialized solutions which will penetrate all the way to the subfloor.
4. Deploy a second extraction using our water claw to help eliminate the odour causing bacteria.
5. Apply a topical solution and stain treatment.
