Ice Cream
Start by physically removing as much of the ice cream as possible without pushing it into the fabric. Use a spoon or blunt knife to get it off.
Wash in a warm wash with a detergent that contains enzymes (if the fabric can be washed in an enzyme detergent).
If the fabric is not enzyme laundry detergent safe then you should make a solution of 5% ammonia and 95% water and sponge this into the remaining stain.
Repeat this until the stain goes away.
The next step is to dilute out the ammonia. You do this by sponging the affected area with lots of warm water.
To complete the process, launder normally.
